I felt that too...it's like "screw it" and you want to withdraw from politics completely.

Hopefully you'll feel better and get over it and vote when it comes around again. I think DU going down for a duration allowed a vacation from political news that kept me from chewing off my tongue. Take a break, enjoy your family and the real world for a stint, and come back when you're ready.
