I really hope Thom Hartmann is a mole. Cause as it stands, I can't cotton to a man who openly collaborates with the people who attacked our democracy. He's a smart guy. Why doesn't he know better?

No, there's something beside just boneheadedness going on there. He's a genuinely engaged, insightful, educated, and patriotic American intellectual. He's also not a screed-thrower like Howard Zinn, who sometimes in his rush to criticize the villains and sins of America skips over facts and context that show the unique virtues of America. Hartmann is a truly balanced observer in all that he presents.

Except for this one area: He's taking a paycheck from the people who jacked our elections, flooded our media with misinformation, all so they could kill Syrian civilians and maintain a stranglehold on eastern Europe. He's in bed with some villains that make the crimes of the Republican oligarchy look like naughty schoolboy antics.
