pharma costs. Orrin has been big Pharma's bitch for decades, and has been very successful in screwing the sick.

Canada's are about the same as Germany, France, etc. We are alone at being #1 on this.

Trump has said publicly that reducing US drug prices is a goal (and health sciences stocks dropped a point or so after he said that). Let's see if he convinces his Republican friends to shift loyalties and at the very least let Medicare and other major entities negotiate drug prices. Other countries have strict price controls--and the pharmaceutical companies are still happy to agree in order to sell there, because they can still make money at these reduced prices despite their PR.
