My Mama and the climate
If any of you who knew my Mama or were taught by her are thinking or saying climate change is fiction, she might just rise from the grave and get you. She did not suffer stupid people except for me at times. She would be giving all of you her type of hell.
I went to school with some of you and were in the same classes at times. You got a decent education in science. You are not stupid people or sheep. The evidence is out there in so many forms that the climate is changing rapidly that you have to willfully ignore it.
'Climate change as a myth' is being pushed by people with monetary interests in fossil fuels and in businesses that pollute the air. Yeah, I know . Get rid of those job-killing regulations. Go ahead. Before you do then look at China and India to see what's coming. Do you want decent air for yourself and especially your children? Clean water? If you think the battle over oil is something, the fight over water will dwarf it.
There is one point that those who dismiss climate change hang on to. It is that the climate has always changed. File that under NSS! The written historical record alone bears evidence of that in stories. Science has advanced the ability to measure previous change and the changes now. Yes SCIENCE. You can ignore it but that will not make it false. It's the RATE of change that man has caused that is concerning. They use this to dismiss any talk of climate change as just a regular occurrence.
In addition, we deforestation is a problem. Look up PHOTOSYNTHESIS. Plants absorb carbon dioxide which helps with the temperature.
So to sum up, Mama is on her way for all you people who know better but continue to deny facts just because you don't like them. Enjoy it. She might not leave for a while.
