1. Pretty much everything that could have gone wrong for us-- did.

3. A combination of 3 things

1-Russian election tampering.
2-Hillary making mistakes with her VP selection, and campaigning on a platform of stronger gun control. Gun control is an overall vote loser and candidates shouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole.
3-Bernie or Bust types who stayed home and didn't vote to 'teach the DNC a lesson'.
