(475 posts)Well pollsters got everything wrong but still, the steady 1000+ a day email leak in the 2 weeks before the election from Asange was just about as damaging. It ensured emails would be a talking point for the next 2 weeks and then combined with Comey: EMAILS EMAILS EMAILS EMAILS EMAILS *Trump servers communicating with russian banks* EMAILS EMAILS EMAILS.
I don't think one would've worked without the other.

(475 posts)I just can't believe that people decided their votes so late. We all made fun of those town hall "undecideds" in the second debate. Undecideds seemed like a minority.

(13,305 posts)Because we as Democrats allowed Republicans and their media enablers to frame narratives about national security and safety and the big strong Republican daddy complex that we've validated by feeling we have to appoint someone from "the other side" to positions of power.
If we all agree that no Comey=No Clinton loss then we also have to look in the mirror and realized that we bear some responsibility for this and that we can't allow bullshit like that to happen again.
