So. . . Just imagining that President Obama releases a smoking gun with clear fingerprints--

i.e. documented collusion between the Donald and Russians. . . Evidence showing the tRump campaign was in on the whole thing, etc. . . .

WTF happens next? Is it the same scenario as an impeachment? I don't think he could ever take office, nor could his VP. . .

How the fuck would this be handled? His entire CAMPAIGN is suspect now, so I can't see how they could choose a successor under THESE circumstances? ("these" meaning IF President Obama, etc released a smoking gun.. . .)
On edit-- I am 110% certain that Obama would be delighted to release this information, as he would be protecting the country.

... because he doesn't want the job, and never has.

You don't make fun of a disabled man if you really want to win a presidential election - nor do you call AAs inherently lazy, or make the statements Trump made throughout his campaign.

The whole time, he was wearing a "Don't vote for me" sign. Since he won, his cabinet picks have said "I TOLD you not to vote for me!"

It's now a matter of his being "gotten rid of" in a way that doesn't damage his delicate ego, or publicly humiliate him.

I pray for this to be true. This demogogue puppet of Putin is one of biggest dangers to the United States. Much worse than anything uncorked by past Rethuglican administrations. Never before have I been this appalled by any election Republican or Democratic.

evidence Trump had anything to do with it. The Ruskies may have felt Trump was better for them for any number of reasons, not the least being that Trump is a buffoon. If Trump was not in on it, there won't be any potential impact on his becoming Prez. How much can we complain, when we interfere in elections all the time.

Sadly we are checking off all the hopes to prevent him from taking office -- Wisconsin actually ended up in Trump gaining a few votes, Electoral College likely won't change the results, and now this if no real evidence it found that Trump was behind it in a material way.

Pretty much no matter what, the election, or impeachment, it ends up in the House. From there, it's Pence, then Ryan, The Sec of State......
