You have to look into the history and geography of Montenegro to figure it out, but it is easily seen by them.

The way the edges look, it appears to be photo shopped, but it's in Macedonia, and is in Serbian, according to the link. It might be a billboard calling attention to the relationship between trump and Putin, and making a point such as, "Hey. Watch out. These two evil clowns have joined forces." Anybody read Serbian?

The Russians were trying to kill the Prime Minister of Monte Negro to keep them from joining NATO.

Little side fact, Monte Negro happens to be the last bit of beach access to the Mediteranean for Russia. Without that, Russia is in bad shape and if NATO comes on board, they will lose it from what I read. So now we are the atack dog for Russia threatening this small country.

Another side fact... A similar board is in Kosovo only it says "Kosovo is Serbia"..

This feeling of not being in control of our own fate SUCKS.

Russia and China don't really get along that well.

US and China has a " fair" relationship.

Russia helps put in a Commander and Chief elect they have a relationship with.

This Commander and Chief elect pisses China off before he even takes the oath of office....

I think we are in a heep of trouble if the Electoral College does not keep him out.

The Christians of Montenegro and Serbia never forgave the Clintons for what they see as America choosing sides in a civil war, and wrongly choosing the side of Muslim rebels. Many civilians were killed in the bombing of the Serbian capital, Belgrade. Many civilian targets were hit, including infrastructure and the main TV station. The locals refer to Hillary as "Killary." It is not so much love of Trump as it is hate of Hillary. They like Putin because he sided with the (Christian) Serbs in that civil war, albeit without giving much actual assistance. But they also remember what Russia did to them after WWII, sending many off to the gulags. And the people of Montenegro are uneasy by the large numbers of Russians buying up prime oceanfront property alone Montenegro's picturesque Adriatic coast. However, right now, they feel like they are in a war between Christians and Muslims, and Putin is on their side in it.

It's a threat. Putin is trying to keep them from joining NATO and this is a subtle show of force. Putin controls the US, nobody will do a thing if Putin drives his tanks through the middle of town.
