If you can, please considering ordering an online subscription to media outlets doing

strong investigative work, so you can read more than 10 free articles.

I have subscriptions to the WA Post, Newsweek, and others, and I'm going to be giving them for Christmas, too.

Trump revokes Post press credentials, calling the paper ‘dishonest’ and ‘phony’

Donald Trump said Monday that he is pulling The Washington Post’s credentials to cover his events because he is upset with the newspaper’s coverage of his campaign. The move puts the newspaper on a long list of media outlets that the presumptive Republican nominee has banned for reporting that displeased him.

“Based on the incredibly inaccurate coverage and reporting of the record setting Trump campaign, we are hereby revoking the press credentials of the phony and dishonest Washington Post,” read a post on Trump’s Facebook page.

n a statement, Post Executive Editor Martin Baron said: “Donald Trump’s decision to revoke The Washington Post’s press credentials is nothing less than a repudiation of the role of a free and independent press. When coverage doesn’t correspond to what the candidate wants it to be, then a news organization is banished.

“The Post will continue to cover Donald Trump as it has all along — honorably, honestly, accurately, energetically and unflinchingly,” Baron continued. “We’re proud of our coverage, and we’re going to keep at it.”

but if they're going to buy someone a gift anyway, this is better than a lot of things.

And the traditional newspapers and news magazines do need our support, beyond free clicks.

He should have taken the copy of the constitution that Mr. Khan offered to him. Maybe somebody can tell him how to find it on his cellphone...between tweets!

You might not like the whole paper / magazine but there are people I like to read. Consider who's twitter feed you follow or who you tune into when you hear they will be a guest on an analysis show.
