Donald Trump said Monday night that his sons Eric and Donald Jr. would run his sprawling network of businesses after his Jan. 20 inauguration, but would do "no new deals" during his presidency.

Trump said last month that he would hold a "major news conference" on Dec. 15 to disclose how he would avoid conflicts of interest in the White House. But a Trump spokeswoman said Monday that the announcement had been pushed back to January to give legal advisers more time to establish "proper protocol."

Trump needs to divest and put the proceeds in a blind trust
as other Presidents have ethically done.
