I noticed that clown Trump patted Kanye on the back but wouldn't hug him.

Fuck Trump. Patting on the back shows condescension. Hugging would have shown affection.

Any way, why would Kanye go to kiss that clown's ring?

Kanye's got a lot of problems. One very obvious problem is this physical exhaustion he complained about from his latest tour. "Hey Kanye get some sleep after each show instead of getting coked up!"
Kayne thinks he the first performer in history to use this "physical exhaustion excuse".
