Why must we remind people: Wall St is NOT Main Street?

The stock market has shot up in a euphoric rise since Donald Trump was declared the winner of the Presidency, much of it driven by Big Banks and Big Oil.

History and experience tell us that us that when the price of oil goes up, the price of gasoline and heating bills and almost everything in our economy goes up in price. That may be good for Wall St but not necessarily good for those that have limited budgets.

Do not be distracted and deceived by the euphoric rise in the stock market or the nomination of Exxon chairman as the new Secretary of State. This is not a good sign. This is a bad sign.
