Can President Obama offer a full pardon to anyone who comes forward with evidence

of the treason we suspect (know?) happened involving the Drumpf Campaign and the Kremlin?

This situation is so outlandish I keep thinking I will wake up from the nightmare.

a number of presidents have used the pardon power to clear undocumented immigrants, as well.

what i don't think has even been done is to pardon anyone in advance of an illegal act. so i don't think obama could pardon anyone who does something illegal after the pardon is issued.

where the baddie in the white house pulls a pardon out of his safe and says something like "do you have one of these? i didn't think so."

my very vague recollection was that the pardon was undated, though that could just be me filling in blanks.
