Huff Post has a article tonight that shows the red party improved their favborability rating of Putin by an astonishing 56 points since 2014. While still a net-negative, the pukes went from -66 to -10 on Putin. Dems went from -54 to -62 in the same time span.
This for a despot who very possibly ordered a civilian aircraft shot down, aided and abetted in the slaughter of Syrian civilians, and tampered in the US election process. That's why they call them "red" states, folks.

It also really pisses off Trump and his mouthpieces to have it brought up again and again. I have noticed that my Facebook posts tying Trump to Putin have the salutary effect of silencing a couple of loudmouths (friends of friends, no friends of mine) who are very pro-Trump.
