We are leaderless basically and here's why:

The republicans are brazen only because they do everything the corporate powers want them to do. They have corporate controlled squawk machines that spew bs against the left because they need to make us hated because they know we will win if the people ever get to hear and understand our side.

We can't fight or our so called leaders can't fight because they know they will be destroyed by the corporate squawk machine media. If and when we actually do fight we are ignored or ridiculed. That never happens to the right. The proof that our leaders don't fight because they are treated differently is the fact that a man like Donald Trump made it this far. All things equal a democrat behaving like him would not have lasted a second.

Corporate media corporate control and money in politics is to blame.

I heard Chris Hayes and Michael Moore talking about why won't the Democrats fight. It's because they are always ridiculed and destroyed by the republican controlled media. They get their allowed talking points.

It's like Cinderella pitching a fit over unfair treatment, she gets laughed at and beaten down. That is what we are dealing with. We are Cinderella and we are waiting for a fairy godmother (truth) to rescue us but she can't appear in this maddness.

Money out of politics will be America's fairy godmother!

helping corporations and they do it all for free because they believe in it. Same result either way but food for thought.

... on this issue to survive primaries.

They seem to more often get attacked for not paying enough attention to social problems.

I am done with them. I haven't watched one minute of "news" since November 8.

They have lied to me for the last time.

Where is our fairy godmother, anyways?

They tend to let the GOP do the messaging and allow the GOP dominate the media without pushing back. Michael Moore and Chris Hayes were talking about the situation with the North Carolina legislature, and how establishment Democrats they tend to be perpetually ambushed and caught flat-footed by sleazy GOP tactics.

At this point I wonder if the establishment Democrats really want to win elections.

it's like we are being chased by a murderer.....get away....then flag down a car only to have the murderer driving the car.

We are soundly fucked. I think my biggest worry is that I don't imagine that they did all this just to steal one election. I worry that we will never see a legit election in our lifetime.

While watching a 1940 Melvin Douglas comedy on TCM, I looked him up and learned he and his bride travelled to Europe in 1931. They encountered antisemitism and joined the movement to fight via the Democratic Party and, helping to re-elect FDR.

This pattern of Republicans veering into fascism goes back nearly 100 years.

It takes an action to cause a reaction. The leaders will hopefully emerge.
