So I expect that states rights are going to be en vogue

especially concerning reproductive rights and healthcare.

This might be a dumb question---but if that does become the wave of this election, won't it drive a natural divide in the country anyway?

1. I fully expect DC Republicans to do everything they can to deny blue states their state rights.

States rights only exist for them when they are the ones defying the federal government. Blue states will branded as traitors and will have their federal funding decreased if they claim states rights like the red states have done under Obama.

He will get a free pass from the GOP for supporting blue states and their "sins" like gambling, liquor, weed, gay friendliness under the guise of "State's rights!" Trump makes money from blue states and sin. His hotels make more money in a socially liberal/affluent environment. He will rake in votes from the squalid underbelly of Red America--and rake in cash from NY and California.
