Weekend could bring coldest low of the year - Bismark, ND

Tonight's low will be 15 below zero. The record low for Dec. 17 was a temperature of 27 below set in 1906.

Saturday is expected to be even colder with a high of 10 below zero with winds of 10 to 15 mph.

Lows Saturday night into early Sunday morning will drop to 25 below zero. The record low temperature with no wind chills for Dec. 18 is 36 below zero, set in 1951, Krolak said. The coldest low so far in 2016 is 23 below zero set Jan. 10.

Plus, I've already had to plow out my driveway. That's unusual. Normally there won't be single digit temps until January/February here. And white Xmas is hit and miss.

This year we'll have both. BR-R-R-R!!!!

the sun's been out for over an hour now. It was -27F at 4am when I had to feed to wood stove. Southern Montana here.
