Has any presidential election winner ever complained as much about his victory as President-elect Donald Trump has?

Trump took to Twitter on Wednesday to once again rail against people who pointed out that he lost the popular vote to Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton by nearly 3 million votes.

Since it seems that Trump still feels insecure that 54% of voters in the 2016 election picked a different candidate, the internet wasted no time rubbing salt in his wounds by mocking his popular vote loss to Clinton — and by noting that his 43% favorable rating is by far the lowest for any incoming president in recorded history.
