I hope the reason that Trump made that tweet was because of an agreement made between Putin and Trump and NOT because Putin made a statement and Trump did not want to be outdone by someone and tweeted such out. Because, that shows how unstable our next 4 years will be -- a pissing contest between foreign governments and Trump.
