Contact your senators and congressman about healthcare

I know that many folks think contacting your 2 senators and your congressman is a lost cause, but they do listen because they care deeply about 1 thing - getting re-elected! While Republicans may huff and puff about shaking up medicare and killing the ACA, they really have nothing to offer to reduce healthcare costs, while getting to affordable & universal healthcare. Indeed the vast majority of seniors citizens like their medicare, and most Americans don't want their Obamacare yanked away and destroyed. Thanks!

So it's important to tell both senators and your congressman that we won''t stand for the Paul Ryan & Donald Trump plan to privatize and/or make medicare a voucher program. Nor will we tolerate having our Obamacare ripped away with nothing as good as or better to replace it. So I ask everyone to contact both senators and your congressman to voice your objections. All 3 have contact forms on their web sites. Remember, they don't know what your party affiliation is, and they do want to get re-elected. Below is some text that you can copy, edit, and send to your senators and congressman. This is really important. Please help.

----------------------------------

I am a senior citizen with heart disease. I am extremely alarmed, indeed frightened, at what the Republican party, Paul Ryan and Donald Trump are proposing to damage my medicare. So help me God, if you dare to vote to either privatize medicare or repeal the ACA, or destroy state regulation of health insurance, I will NEVER EVER EVER vote for you or any other Republican ever again. Moreover if you stab senior citizens in the back by damaging my medicare and causing my health insurance cost to increase, I shall vote for someone else in the republican primary and someone else in the general election. Not only will I vote against you, I shall also work diligently in my congresstional district to defeat you. I implore you to stand up and defend your the senior citizens' medicare.

I think we need to point out each time someone dies impoverished if this would not have happened with programs that the KGOPB passed.

but younger folks will get pissed, when they see and hear GrandMa and GrandPa complain about losing medicare. Even Republicans have parents and grandparents that will get hurt by this.

What you said about Republicans having parents and grandparents on Medicare, is true...but if those Republicans actually cared about their parents and grandparents, they would not have voted for Trump in the first place!

Some of them hated President Obama more then they loved their parents and grandparents, some didn't bother to pay attention to what the Republicans have been trying to do for the last several years, cutting benefits and privatizing!

Others only heard that they could get better jobs as soon as those 11 million illegals and their families were kicked out of the country, the rest are just too stupid to even care!
