Senator Patty Murray's statement about DT's nominee for Labor secretary.

She's put this up on Facebook:

President-elect Trump campaigned on a promise that he would put working families first, but his pick to lead the Department of Labor suggests something much different. Mr. Puzder is the classic example of a millionaire CEO who nickel-and-dimes workers while raking in profits for himself -- he has spoken out against increasing the minimum wage, he opposes overtime protections for workers, and he appears comfortable reinforcing harmful stereotypes about women. He stands against the very mission of the department he’s been selected to lead, and by nearly every measure, seems to be a uniquely unqualified choice for Secretary of Labor. I'll be asking tough questions, scrutinizing his vision of an economy and country that leaves workers further and further behind and benefits those already at the top -- and I hope you’re with me.
