For those of you who can't see the embedded tweet, I'll save your blood pressure and not copy the text. But, Rob says it's unconstitutional to convict a private citizen, even though the senate settled that in his most favorite bipartisan way.
He's currently at 89 likes to 1,500 replies.

The senate then as now voted they had jurisdiction even though he was a "Private Citizen" but also as now, they voted (by one vote) to acquit.
These QOP assholes are just using the jurisdiction issue to talk out of both sides of their mouths, hopefully losing only a few of their rabid supporters.
