Should our intel agencies determine to the highest possible degree that Trump is indeed a traitor, but the house and senate refuse to act, would you support his assassination by said agencies? Even if it sets a precedent for secretive intelligence agencies to veto our future elections with a bullet?

You do not mess with the alphabet agencies like this. They don't like "shakeups", rearrangements or dismantlings. There are a number of ways they can get this bastard, I don't know that murdering him is even necessary. Humiliation is worse for a guy like that.
