I'm glad you're happy without it but there are things available there that I need.
I get quite a bit from it in my association with others in my professions and I get a lot of news. I don't argue with trolls and now and then have a fruitful disagreement with someone.
I agree though that you have to be careful or it can keep you stressed out. If you need to go cold turkey I approve.
