Did he know about about the nepotism law that was passed after the Kennedy Administration?
If so, why did he propose hiring Jared Kushner, who is married to his daughter?
What was he thinking??
One might think the laws don't apply to Donald?

(8,800 posts)He did not give him a staff position in the white house. He is a senior advisor which is a poltical appointment drawing no salary from the federal government. Its certainly immoral and smacks of nepotism but it is not covered by the law you are alluding to.
