8. I understood every word he said. He fought Joe McCarthy by hiring black listed writers.

Particularly Dalton Trumbo. He said Allen West has the same ideology as McCarthy and Republicans were adopting that ideology.
I think that interview should win an Emmy. It was like reading a Rolling Stone interview with a legend.
