John McCain was received the intelligence report from M16 and brought it to FBI. Sounds like FBI had it for a YEAR, separately, and was sitting on it while at the same time flogging the Clinton email story. I hope I got that wrong, but if I didn't Comey is dirty than even we thought.
Still not verification about the actual info in the report, but it is coming from legit sources for sure.
