This is how Hillary can become President

THIS IS TOTALLY NOT FEASIBLE, but it's fun to speculate.

Representative for New York's 17th District, Nita Lowey resigns. Cuomo appoints Hillary Clinton.
Trump and Pence both are impeached for colluding with the Russians.
Hillary is elected Speaker of the House and is therefore the new President.
( Lowey gets her seat back)
