About the wall and Obamacare replacement...
"We, the congress, understand that you are inexperienced in the legislative process, so we expect you to allow us, who are,
to educate you.
We are one of the three independent branches of American government and do not work for you. It could be argued that, if anything, you actually work for us, but we won't push the point.
That means that you cannot dictate legislation. You cannot demand we act in any way you wish. You cannot order us to replace the ACA on your timeline. If you promised this to the people, that's your problem, not ours.
Likewise the wall on the Mexican border. Such a wall will require planning, contracting, and negotiation with state and local authorities and landowners. And financing. We cannot simply send a bill to Mexico because you say so.
Your job, is simply to give us an annual state of the union message, prepare and submit a budget, and run your executive departments. We believe, considering your past management problems, that this will take all of your limited personal resources.
You do not tell us what to do-- if you want legislation, propose it and ask us nicely to pass it."
