Will President Obama pardon Don Siegelman?

Siedelman has been the victim of a perpetual Republican witch hunt. I would be very dissapointed if President Obama doesn't not grant him a pardon.

His sentence is nearly over, but think it is the right thing to do. He should pardon everyone he can. The reps can't fight that.

In federal court? I don't think so. Presidents can only pardon or commute sentences for federal convictions.
