And we should fall in line behind him on his policies with russia and attempt a reset. Korn did not want to have any of it. He rightfully pointed out that all the republicans did the past 8 years was to try to derail president Obama foreign policy instead of rallying behind. He said Trump is a petulant child and does not deserve consideration.

Either they have power or you fall in line. I know their fathers treated them like shit and that's what they respect. My father treated me and my mother like shit and I hated him. It's a matter of sucking up or resisting.

He nearly left his seat when the Republican (sorry I don't have his name) said all Dems should go to the inauguaration and get over the fact that Donald will be president and we need to accept it.
Corn forcefully reminded him that Donald and the entire Republican party questioned Obama's citizenship and legitimacy for over 5 years with Donald leading the charge.
He said this request by the republicans was nothing but hipocrisy.
The republican meekly backed off and said he didn't do that.

All other dems should take a lesson from Corn on how to respond when this subject comes up - as it will.

the Rethuglicon backed off. The second a bully or loudmouth s confronted, they back off because they are nothing but cowards to begin with.

Newsweek and Time have come out with some good articles this week.

Seems they couldn't have gotten any of this info in the past 12 months, but wait, they could and decided not to publish anything. thanks guys!!!

Corn would have none of the bullshit hypocrisy the Republican was selling. Corn knows a lot, and he doesn't back down.

It's exactly what I've told several of my republican friends who've told me the same thing. When you live in Arkansas, a lot of your friends just happen to be republican. While I respect their own preference to political party, I in no way will tolerate them telling me to respect "their" president when showed absolutely no respect for mine. Once they realize where my red line is, they always back off and we change the subject.

Republicans to skip Obama inaugural, head out of town
January 19, 2013 | by KEN THOMAS

<SNIP>

“It’s a good time to lay low,” said John Feehery, the president of Quinn Gillespie Communications and a former top congressional aide.

<SNIP>

For Republicans, this is a season of introspection and planning for the future.

“When you’re winning, you’re thinking about the possibilities. When you lose, you’re thinking about what went wrong,” Feehery said. “When you’re winning, you’re thinking about your next job. When you lose, you’re thinking about keeping your job.”
