Wow. Still can't quite believe what I saw & heard from Pence, Trumpdump, & that audience at the CIA

First of all, I almost feel more pity than disgust for Mike Pence, with that nauseatingly obsequious intro for DT. I don't think we've ever had a VP who so clearly realized his actual title is Brown-noser-in-Chief. He's getting perilously close to building an altar to the Great Orange God and sacrificing his own family on it. He's certainly sacrificed any shred of credibility he ever had.

And Pence seems to be having some breathing problems now, similar to Trumpdump's.

Second of all, DT is if anything getting crazier by the day -- more rambling, more narcissistic, more delusional.

Third of all, and most disappointing -- who in the audience was doing all the slavish clapping and cheering? It's hard for me to believe real CIA employees would be sounding like the paid Trump staffers who made so much noise during the Orange One's last press conference. I did notice that the people standing between the camera and Trump weren't, apparently, among those making so much noise.

I think some Trump staffers were in the audience just like at his first "press conference" aka campaign rally.

I bet the CIA operatives in the room were flabbergasted by what they heard.

the CIA today (I have written posts about the significance of the stars which trump didn't even mention), and don't be fooled by the easy gimmick of planting a few loud pro-trump plants. He has already done this numerous times as in the recent press conference debacle. The CIA was not yelling and applauding for trump.

I saw the stars when I visited CIA HQ once, long ago. I was struck by that loss--and the fact that the names can't even be acknowledged. Trump standing before those stars, oblivious to them as he bragged about himself, was mind-blowing.

Nobody is more behind the intelligence community than I am. Because I am the greatest American alive. This is true. This is true, OK?

"And the people bowed and prayed
To the neon god they made
And the sign flashed out its warning
In the words that it was forming
And the sign said “The words of the prophets
Are written on the subway walls
And tenement halls
And whispered in the sounds of silence”

You can almost smell it oozing out of his closet.

If he ever crosses them they will destroy him.

He'll be a well behaved puppet, just the way the Republican Party likes them.

Theirs is a party held together by dirty secrets and threats of mutual assured destruction.
