I am leaning toward Sean Goebbels.

4. I lean that way too. There are many by the name of Joseph and to give the designation of

liar to any one of them is not helpful, and Spicer isn't a household name yet.

There are few by the name of Goebbels that are associated with lying, so Sean Goebbels would have a closer connection to the practice of deception.
