My guess
TPP will never include provisions to allow the currency extensions he wants included. He cares less about the rest of it.
NAFTA is going to be fun now the Canadians can spank his butt by using this as a negotiating tool. The pipelines are useless without oil going thru them and that requires Canadian permission.
