"Trumps government looks an awful lot like a badly run business, No wonder his companies kept going

bankrupt," by Catherine Rampell at the Washington Post

If this is what “running government like a business” looks like, it’s no wonder President Trump’s companies kept going bankrupt.

One week into the presidency, we’ve gotten a taste of Trump’s management style. And so far it’s been plagued by many of the bad habits common to poorly run businesses.

Take, for example, his administration’s clear indifference to — or outright rejection of — good measurement and analytics.

Conclusion at best: Trumpy is inept. Great article, well worth the read.

Those tiny hands can pick up a lot of cash.

That's pretty much his solution to too much debt. Stiff the entity that let your borrow the money and don't pay the bills in the drawer. He's a lousy business person, but one hell of a con artist.

the debt of the US is not allowed to be called into question. We'll just print more money and inflate our way out of debt and we can follow in the footsteps of some South or Central American banana republics.

http://www.newvision.co.ug/new_vision/news/1290570/44-money-uganda

A story is told of a former Governor of Bank of Uganda who was killed after defying orders from President Idi Amin to print money. It is reported that Joseph Mubiru, was summoned by Amin and asked to release money urgently. The governor told Amin that the treasury did not have money. -

I wish we had some of this kind of writing in our local paper, the tulsa world.

It would help clear up this strangle hold the 'CONs have on our oklahoma politics
