about a half million so far. How long do you think it will be before we are dropped once the insurance company is legally able to do so?

I still got heat, electricity, running SAFE drinking water, flush toilet w/ working sewer lines, internet access, the cats got food, kitty litter, I got coffee & real cream. I got most of my mind. & it still mostly works , and I can still get around okay. I got a really good education mostly paid for by the people of the state of Michigan, heck they even gave me ' bout $200 cause I was going to college in state.I know I live better then 97% of the women on this globe and 85 % of the aggregate humans on this globe. For that I am deeply grateful. I am born to and born of this country, and that as well is an unearned gift. This change that our political system is undergoing scares me ALOT so that unease is causing me distress but DUers have been talking me up from anxiety and potential depression.

I live on SSDI & medicare. Those people are gonna hurt me badly. I will resist and fight those ratfuckers as long as I can.
My anxiety is w.ay way up, the depression has deepened) and since my health care comes from a local community health center I am waiting 6 weeks to have the psych to adjust my meds. I am using 12 step groups of many types to keep me closer to sane; this am the topic was gratitude, so I been thinking on it all day.

Stressed out beyond belief. Cheato has managed write enough exec orders in one week, than most write in a year. Can't keep up with all the crap. Trying to contact congress critters, but I also get super stressed and anxious.

This...is just the body finally dying off. The GOP got what they wanted and now we are all going to suffer. One day at a time it will get worse for the entire planet. So while some might not 'feel' it now, something more important - the planet is feeling it and will make us all pay.

stunned and disbelieving; it's become real, and I feel like I have a mission, which is to call/write every day and to resist whatever I can resist.

DU has helped, and I'm trying to help others feel better by posting a thread everyone can post their activities to w/o starting a fresh thread. Responding to them makes me feel better; it's a feedback loop.

Like I expect that to happen some time in the next four years.

I mean being as how I have about 24K in savings I can weather the storm but that doesn't make me any less ashamed that Trump is the POTUS. To me it is still surreal to wake up in the morning and realize that Trump is POTUS. Sometimes when I wake up in the morning I like to imagine Obama is still POTUS because it helps me get through the day.
