Why does DT find it necessary to turn all of his EO's to the cameras

to show off his signature. Have other Presidents done this and I just never noticed?

Taadaaa!

The flip refers to the hand gesture the models make when presenting a prize. Palm down, arm sweeps towards the prize, hand is flipped over exposing the palm.

It's because he got BUSTED trying claim folders of blank paper were documents signing away control of his financial holdings.
