Has Scalia forshadowed Health Care Outcome..??

Scalia raged against Obama and immigration..here:

Talking Points Memo

http://tpmdc.talkingpointsmemo.com/2012/06/justice-scalia-rages-against-obama-on-immigration.php?ref=fpnewsfeed

I recall and someone can find it he raged against the health care reform..using terrible and hateful language..
Vicious attacks..I think it was in May..i am not sure..But if it was in May..according to some, maybe more recent...like early June, then the verdict was in..was he letting off steam for a lost verdict, like the link above???

Probably not..but it is worth adding a little bit of hope to this discusion...

1. Thanks for the hope and maybe,

but I don't think Scalia needs excuses to rage against President Obama.

2. Ugh Scalia is an ugly human being.... and I don't mean his appearance.

So yeah.. Scalia will absolutely shoot down the health care laws. He and his pals cannot do anything that might upset the libertarian jerks like the Koch brothers.... And no, I don't think this was his blowing off steam. I think it was being emboldened to be political and vindictive like this, he is empowered by Rove and his pals. Sorry to say.

3. I thought Scalia's dissent on the Arizona case was tame, for him.

In fact, it's a beautiful argument in its own way. However, I also think the OP is onto something. Justice Roberts and Justice Kennedy (and even Justice Alito in his partial dissent) all agreed to limit a state's right to enforce federal law in the Arizona case, and if the mood of the Court, as a whole, is to allow an expansion of federal power at the expense of the states, then it's likely that the Health Insurance Company Enrichment Act will be deemed Constitutional.

4. Agree....

The Court is only to consider and issue opinion on matters properly before the Court. Scalia's dictum about Obama's decision not to deport children that were brought to this country as minors, violates that long-held policy.

He is an activist jurist - beholden not to the United States Constitution but to the Catholic Church (treason charges here) and a slime bag to boot.

Let's see how long "Guido" (no negativity to my Italian friends) makes it. But he epitomizes the legend of sleazy, backdoor, dealmaking that was the mafia.

5. If I'm looking for "tells" I'd prefer angry and frustrated Scalia to a smug and condescending one.nt

7. Does this mean we now have to K&R Scalia?

Also, what stocks should I buy?

Just kidding. I remembered seeing this the other day, but was drawn back to it by your other post. So you'll understand if I reject your stock picking advise!
