1. I thought a suit was filed end of last week saying he was in violation

of the emollients clause.

3. There was but it is in question if the plaintiffs have standing.

There was also a rumor about another hotel in DC filing because they can claim they are losing business to Trump's hotel, thus being harmed and therefore having standing for the suit.
