Neither Bannon Nor Flynn Were Elected Nor Confirmed By Congress-

I understand the POTUS gets to appoint his own councilors.

But it seems those councilors should not be able to dictate policy or how National Security meetings or policy is handled.

It was said the General Mattis was supposed to keep these two NeoNazi Putin sympathizers in check.

IT. IS. NOT. WORKING.

Rex Tillerson can not be confirmed.
