1. Who is silent? My senators have spoken up, my governor has spoken up, and they're not alone.

Warren is speaking up, Schumer, etc., etc.

AFAIK, the only ones who aren't speaking are Rs. I've seen reports from every House D except Manchin. (No Surprise There.)
