My name is ____ and I live in town/zipcode and I'm calling to voice my support/opposition to XYZ issue
My name is ___ and I live in town/zipcode and I'm calling to urge the senator to vote against Cabinet Nominee
It is that simple. If you can't get through to DC, try a local office (or both). My senators have 2 local offices and DC. So that's a potential of 3 calls each per day.
