Supreme Court standard and what is left of Trump's term

I think that the Senate should use the same standard they used for Merrick Garland's nomination and apply it to Trump.

Trump has less than a year left in office (no, really!!) as did Obama so the Senate should ignore whomever wins the pageant tonight and wait until a new President comes along.

funny, though i'd want them to filibuster pence's nominees as well. his election is equally tainted.

But they had a majority in the Senate then and we do not have that. Hope they can figure out another way to stall.stall.stall.
