from his radio show, showing Bannon making anti-Islamic slurs and portraying the world as involved in a conflict between Christianity and Islam. They showed the cartoon of Trump sitting Bannon's lap while he signs an executive order while Bannon says, "that's it! Who's a big boy now?"

(26,060 posts)by using it in this context. The nazis banned Jews from owning businesses, they couldn't teach, doctors couldn't treat them, forced them to wear yellow stars on their clothing. This was a decade before they started mass murdering them. He's white nationalist swine.

(615 posts)Right so we wait until he does all those things before we start calling him a Nazi. He was perfectly fine with accepting support from them and has publicly said things that are in line with their bullshit.

(3,428 posts)A poster called a real-life nazi, Steve Bannon, a nazi, and you ragged on the poster for doing so. If you don't see the irony in that, then you are irony deficient', and that makes me pity you

(26,060 posts)Where are the rules that anyone has to wear specific signs on their clothes, where are the LAWS that forbid anyone from owning land, seeing a doctor. Where are the work camps? You're just another who is making that word mean nothing at all. Is that your intention? Cheapening the word so it loses all meaning? Because that's ALL you're doing. We're done here.

(18,124 posts)this current Administration are the 21st century equivalent to adolph's nazi crew. Bannon is an anti-semite racist swine who is a white nationalist supremacist. You know about them right. White is right, black better hide along with many other folks and religions. Only white males and their followers count, everyone else is shit to them literally and figuratively. No putting lipstick on these pigs that are running this country.....THEY ARE NAZI SWINE

(4,835 posts)I think this is what you get when your press secretary and special counsel get up on the podium, or stand out on the lawn and threaten the press with "We'll have to look at our relationship".
They tore into his (Bannon) ass. They had Cokie Roberts and Jon Karl discussing the influence Bannon has and his history. I think this is the media striking back when the guests from the administration come on the show and doesn't answer their questions.
Fine, we won't talk to them, we'll talk about them. IMHO

(10,135 posts)I think he is smart enough to work the media against Bannon's counter media attacks. If the stories are true that he is feeling marginalized - because of his Jewish Faith AND with Bannon's Neo-Nazi leadership and following, he could make a counter play. He also is capable of carrying a grudge: case in point Chris Christie. I wouldn't underestimate his intelligence or his abilities to manipulate his father in-law if I were Bannon.
Alternatively, maybe the media is actually doing it's job and possibly standing in solidarity with CNN's lock-out. After all, if it can happen to one, it can happen to all. I think the former dark theory is more likely unfortunately and it is pulled out of my rear admittedly.

(11,527 posts)As far as I can tell the only reason they try favoring 'Christian' nations over Islamic nations is their deep seated hatred. If either one of them were truly Christian they'd be coming out with far different regulations instead of the ones we've seen that are doing real harm to people who we should be helping right now.

(4,014 posts)are playing the game to both support CNN, just kicked out of the Trumpian advisor loop, and get themselves banned from having his lying spoxs on their shows as well?
I'd love to see, one by one, each outlet get banned AFTER they humiliate Trump even more so. Then, he's only have Fox and Breitbart in the press room.
Man, the other networks, media, etc. could go nuts with anti-Trump stories by the score, we'd get to never see KellySkank Spinway again (thank you, Lord!) and that blithering idiot Spicer would be talking to 2-3 people in an otherwise empty room. Oh, the joy!

(49,047 posts)Then Fox would start to feel the pinch and their whole "fair and balanced" scam would be even more exposed as a sham.
The other networks could let it be known that they would only interview tRump, Pence, Preibus, and Bannon; nobody else. Intially the tRump regime would laugh and refuse, but over time, they would start to whine about "free speech" and demanding access to ABC/CNN/MSNBC/NBC/PBS/etc.

(21,088 posts)The trail of evidence leads from Bannon straight back to the work of Russian fascist philosopher Aleksander Dugin, whose strategy Bannon is currently executing to perfection. In his 1997 book Foundations of Geopolitics, Dugin wrote:
Russia should use its special forces within the borders of the United States to fuel instability and separatism, for instance, provoke "Afro-American racists". Russia should "introduce geopolitical disorder into internal American activity, encouraging all kinds of separatism and ethnic, social and racial conflicts, actively supporting all dissident movements extremist, racist, and sectarian groups, thus destabilizing internal political processes in the U.S. It would also make sense simultaneously to support isolationist tendencies in American politics."
Look around you. what's happening?
Note Dugin's use of the phrase "special forces". IMO this encompasses the entire nest of vipers in the WH with Bannon at the wheel, along with a portion of the senior GOP, some members of the FBI, as well as Russian agents in place throughout the country.
This is not politics gone horribly awry. This is enemy action, with the aim of bringing about the American Apocalypse. The sooner we recognize that fact, the sooner we will be able to take realistic measures to stop it. We are virtually out of time.
Bannon has to be removed, and he will not go voluntarily. I don't think there is any way to make Trump fire him. Trump will also protect him against legal action. So that basically leaves only the physical option.
