After all, how can a woman, who is by definition a woman, not dress like a woman? 
I think Trump is making a statement that the traditional male wardrobe is too restrictive and that men should start wearing skirts, dresses, shawls, and carry purses. We should all be for that!
Here is a little tidbit from the Montana Legislature about how women who work in the legislature should dress. Is this what the current White House had in mind? I think is goes along with their retro state of mind.
I am just happy that it does not apply to women who testify at committee meetings.
I haven't heard anything about dress code for this session so maybe it has been repealed.

She knows service and sacrifice as Trump and his family never will. For Trump, even the Oval Office is for self-aggrandizement, not service to the country or the people.
Trump boasts of his (exaggerated) wealth, but Tammy is far richer. 
Moreover, she's a strong woman who could kick his ass and have him crying "Uncle!"
She kicked ass.
