A second coup in the White House?

If Steve Bannon, Steve Miller, and General Flynn felt that they were able to pull off a coup to take over the government and control Trump, the push-back from the Senate-confirmed Secretaries of Homeland Security, Secretary of Defense, and Secretary of State may have wrested the power back to people who actually follow and uphold the law. I love this quote from the article:

If the president wanted Kelly to back off from issuing the waiver, Kelly would have to hear it from the president directly, he told Bannon.
