Is there a way to report to twitter that Trump's feed is fake news?

I know Facebook actually allows you to alert on fake news. What about Twitter?

1. A lie is a lie and propaganda is illegal in the US. It should be stopped. I will do some research.

3. I don't see any way to report fake news,

but I did have fun reporting a Trump tweet as abusive -> bigoted. Just becuase there was no way to try to report it without walking through the process.
