Reading Trump's tweets I get the definite feeling that he doesn't understand Visas.

From the sound of his tweets he seems to be saying that without his Executive Order, anyone in the world can just hop on a plane, fly to America, and stroll off the plane into Manhattan, or Dallas, or San Francisco, or wherever. He doesn't seem to understand the while Passport, Visa, and so on. He doesn't understand that from these countries you have to be vetted before you can get a Visa. There are a few countries, like Mexico and Canada, the Bahamas, where you can get in without a Visa, just a Passport. (Even that may have changed.)

He seems to think that without his Executive Order, terrorists can just waltz right in, like they did during Obama's tenure (remember Bowling Green?). And he doesn't have a clue how our government works.

His lack of knowledge is immense, however I believe a lot of his stupid and false statements are deliberate lies for the purpose of propaganda. He wants his supporters to think only he will be tough enough on terrorism, although he knows that since 9/11 we have had a high level of security and no attacks like 9/11 have happened since then. But it is a way to take advantage of his supporters' Islamaphobia.

He wanted to convince people that we needed to elect him in order for undocumented immigrants who commit crimes to be deported when he knew that Pres. Obama's Administration has deported nearly 2 million. He mentioned in a debate with Hillary, that Dems/Hillary didn't want people to know that Pres Obama was deporting so many because it would be unpopular with her supporters. I was shocked that he impulsively said that in the debate, virtually admitting that we were already deporting many undocumented immigrants.

He understands more than he lets on, but he knows his cult followers thrive on his jingoistic sloganeering tweets and insults.
