1. Interesting Listening

It was brutal at times.

I'm not sure they're being a lot easier on the Washington Solicitor General. But then I guess that's their job, to poke deeply into the all the corners of the arguments.

4. I'm on a 10 minute delay, but so far, I haven't heard them ask the Washington State Solicitor

anything that is asked in masked disgust the way they grilled the DOJ.

They have asked both sides tough questions, but the questions for the DOJ seemed much tougher.

Since our side went over by 5 minutes.

He will prob regret taking it cuz it's now 5 more minutes of him getting an ass kicking. Should have just said "no, I'm good...thanks...I pass".
