Woke up. Trump still president. Ugh..arggh. The good - the hearts! thanks so much, DU friends.
Just another example of the yin and yang of each of our lives right now - the inevitable daily onslaught of alternative facts, lying malevolent mouthpieces, good people being hurt because things are taken away by bad (too wealthy and protected) people.
But we move on - we have our pets, our families, our hobbies, our friends. the hearts - they made me smile.
Let's see which ridiculous stuff emerges today - which new flare up on the long fire line erupts. We don't at the moment have enough firefighters and helicopters to quell the conflagration that is burning.

Every day, some new "stuff" to get upset or worried about. I woke up this morning and saw that the Price confirmation is today. I hope other people aren't getting weary of fighting and expressing their disapproval. Since Betsy DeVos, I feel a little drained. It's getting hard to muster up a fighting spirit every darn day.
Gotta love those democratic senators for keeping up the fight. I am so proud of them. 
We have a gorgeous snowfall this morning... and I am going to enjoy it!
